Booking is non-refundable

Your booking holds a place specifically for you. Because each booking affects participant numbers, pairings, and event planning, booking fees are non-refundable if you cancel or do not attend.

If TalkThenSee cancels the event, you will receive a full refund. This policy does not limit any cancellation or refund rights provided by applicable law.
